Processing Time:

 

We would like to inform you that our current processing time is 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

Package in Transit/Not Moving:

 

If your package appears to be stagnant in transit and has not shown any movement for over a week since its last scan, you have the option to initiate a lost package claim. We prioritize the use of Priority Shipping to provide insurance for our customers in such situations. USPS will assist you in locating your package.

 

Package Marked Delivered but Not Received:

 

We understand the frustration of a package being marked as delivered but not actually received. Please note that once a package is marked as delivered, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft that may occur. We recommend following these steps:

 

- Check with your neighbors or local community platforms, such as a neighborhood Facebook page, to inquire if the package was mistakenly delivered to them.

- If feasible, communicate with your carrier to inquire about the package's whereabouts.

- Contact your local Post Office and provide them with the GPS location to aid in locating the missing package.

- Allow a few additional days as there may have been an accidental marking of delivery.

- If the order remains missing after being marked as delivered, it is necessary to file a Police Report. Once the report has been filed, please provide us with a copy, and we will discuss further actions regarding your order.
